Ok, so I will get straight to the topic… This is the first site I'm making, I ranked on first page in my country (not English language) for very lucrative plastic surgery terms with high search volume (terms like "breast enlargement", "liposuction", etc.).
So of course I'm looking for a clinic to buy those additional customers coming from my site. I've added a phone number on my site which would forward to their current front desk phone number, but because of forwarding, it also…
Hey, have you ever tried moving your site to a brand new domain? I wonder if 301 really keeps rankings.
E.g. you have your current-domain.com site which ranks on page #1 for bunch of terms. You move your site to brand-new-domain.com, exactly the same content, everything the same, 301 old domain to new domain per URL.
Do you immediatelly get the same great rankings on page #1 for the brand new domain?
If you are ranking for latvian keywords, latvian content, etc, how important is is that your PBNs IP is latvian too?
Hey, let's say you want to buy an already existing PBN (domain, host, etc, all of that). Existing PBN has been around for 2 months and has only 2 articles (non-relevant niche).
No spam in anchors or backlinks. When I type into google "domain.com", it's indexed as #1 (which as far as I know means it's not penalized?)
What other checks do you make?

I found this one great domain which is expiring in one country soon.
TF 16, CF 17, ref domains 170, ref ips 155, backlinks ~7k.
NOT SPAMMED. It used to be like a meme sharing site for one specifc country, so it has lots of backlinks coming from that country's sites (real forums, real sites, etc). I'm also ranking my money site for that specific country, so it's a match.
But here is the problem:
The previous owner was a fucking idiot and somewhy decided it's a good idea to put top memes in…
Let's say you are doing SEO for latvia, latvian keywords, latvian money site, etc.
You buy english domain that you want to use as a PBN. It's not expired, it's indexed on google, but only has one front page (which basically says "this domain is for sale").
But the point is, after you buy it, should you change it's language to latvian? Or keep it english? All backlinks are in english.
If you make it latvian, then you can create latvian articles, maybe even use exact match latvian anchor….
